Website delivery

Technically necessary connection data, such as IP address, time, requested address and browser information, is processed to deliver content and identify faults or abuse. The website and our CRM run on our infrastructure at Hetzner in the EU. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating a functional and protected website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are served by this website.

Inquiries and partial submissions

Forms are embedded from crm.supaapps.io. Clicking Continue saves your name and email even if you do not complete later steps. Subsequent answers are saved when you submit each step; typing alone does not capture them. We use these details to handle and follow up on your inquiry. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in business communication where appropriate (Article 6(1)(f)). The follow-up acknowledgment concerns this specific inquiry and is not newsletter consent.

Continuation and appointments

A continuation key stored in your browser lets you resume the inquiry on the same device. Names and email addresses are not placed in URL parameters. Booking uses Google Calendar and Google Meet. A confirmed booking sends your name, email, appointment and necessary meeting details to Google to create the event and invitation. You can submit an inquiry without booking. Google’s privacy information also applies to its services; processing outside the EU is possible.

Cookies and optional measurement

Mayicookies manages choices about optional measurement. Necessary storage supports your choice and the requested form functionality. Optional analytics or advertising services activate only with the relevant consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25 TDDDG). Rejection does not prevent reading the site or making an inquiry. The configured services and purposes are listed in Cookie settings in the footer. Unconfigured or unapproved measurement stays disabled. Names, email addresses and free-text answers are not transmitted as analytics events.

Measurement providers and advertising attribution

With analytics consent, our CRM and Google Analytics 4 measure page visits, selected calls to action and submitted inquiry or booking milestones. With separate marketing consent, CRM can send confirmed inquiry and booking conversions to OpenAI Ads. This includes a random event ID, event type and time, the page origin/path and, when present, the original opaque ad-click reference (oppref). We do not send names, email addresses, form answers, IP addresses or browser user-agent strings in this server conversion payload. Marketing references and context tokens use session storage only after consent; CRM conversion records expire after 30 days. Google processes browser connection data when its analytics script loads. Google and OpenAI may process measurement data outside the EU. Change or withdraw optional consent using Cookie settings; withdrawal stops future optional measurement but cannot retract already accepted events.

Retention and recipients

Access is limited to people handling inquiries or operating the service and necessary technical providers. Inquiry information is kept for handling the request, maintaining relevant correspondence and, where applicable, performing a contract. We review whether the purpose remains and delete data no longer needed unless statutory retention duties or legitimate legal claims require it. Contact us for the retention applying to your specific matter. We do not use automated decisions about your engagement with legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
